acne medication

acne medication : Acne is an inflammatory affection of the sebaceous glands. Acne, in its mildest form of development, consists of a small papule; usually seated on the face, chest, or back. The papule is red, pointed, and may be slightly sore to the touch, presenting the usual features of a localized inflammation. The papules may vary in number from one or two to several hundred, scattered over the nose, cheeks, forehead, temples, chest, and back. The little pimple may, on pressure with the finger, present slight firmness, indicative of the inflammatory effusion.
Acne rosacea or simply called rosacea, is a pronounced erythema of the brow, cheeks and nose, resulting from chronic dilatation of subcutaneous (beneath the skin) capillary vessels (i.e. chronic dilatation of capillaries and hyperthrophy of sebaceous follicles). In acne rosacea the skin is heaving a chronic, recurring eruption of painful, red, elevated pimples of stony hardness on face, chest and back of shoulders.  Acne is often complicated by the fact that the main sufferers of the condition are those who are least able to tolerate the problem and its homeopathic treatment - especially teenagers. We often find ourselves at cross purposes to our patients who have a more desperate need to be rid of the pimples than to consider the long-term effect that suppression of a skin eruption may cause. Aggravations of acne during the course of homeopathic treatment may often cause the patient to quickly abandon homeopathy.

acne medication : In fact, many times, over-zealous cleansing or inappropriate cleansing agents can be part of the problem.  The Doctor Haushka cleansing system is marvelously effective.
The use of "facials" or clay masks assists most patients. Supportive treatment can include: Vitamin A (50,000 units daily for one week then 15,000 units daily afterward). Vitamin C (1000 to 2000 mg. daily). Flax oil (1 tsp. daily). Chromium picolinate. Zinc (50 mg. daily). Extra effort should be made to keep bowel function constant and free. Increased fiber, pure water and fruit can aid this goal. If necessary a mild herbal laxative may be given.
homoeopathic medication : Calcarea sulphurica,Calcarea silicata,Kalium bromatum,Hepar sulphur,Lachesis mutus,Silica marina,Sulphur,Thuja occidentalis etc.
